All our custom made products are made to order is not possible to cancel them and therefore, they are not returnable, unless the product you have receive is damaged. In that case, you will be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method once we receive your order. You must postmark your return package within 7 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund. For orders postmarked after 7 days of delivery date it will apply a 7% restock fee deducted from your refund.

All our products ship 2-3 business day after order is placed, this time will allow to personalize your item and prepare your package to ship. We ship priority. We ship Priority or First Class based on the order itself and the safety of the product. Allow 2-4 days for transit barring any postal delays. We can also meet nearby for pick-up, please contact us to arrange meeting.
